Your writing context stays yours.

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, profile details, writing preferences, interview answers, ideas, drafts, feedback, schedules, and support messages.

If you connect LinkedIn, we process the account identifiers, authorization tokens, and publishing information needed to provide that connection. We also collect ordinary usage and technical information such as feature activity, device or browser details, timestamps, and error logs.

Our payment provider, Dodo Payments, processes payment details. VarnIn receives billing identifiers, plan, currency, subscription status, payment status, and related transaction metadata, but does not store your full card number.

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve VarnIn.
• Generate drafts and ideas from the context you choose to provide.
• Publish or schedule content only when you request or configure that action.
• Manage authentication, subscriptions, credits, and customer support.
• Detect misuse, investigate errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We use specialist providers to operate VarnIn, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Dodo Payments for billing, Resend for transactional email, OpenRouter and selected AI model providers for generation, LinkedIn for connected publishing, Netlify for hosting, and search or research providers when a feature requires them. They process information only for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as described above, when you direct us to, to protect VarnIn and its users, or when required by law or a valid legal process.

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting duties. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate fraud-prevention and billing needs.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to the safeguards and legal requirements applicable to them.

You can disconnect LinkedIn, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing labaethon@gmail.com. VarnIn is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised effective date here.
