The working agreement for using VarnIn.

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Plans include the monthly credits and features described on the pricing page. Credits reset at the verified subscription period boundary, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Taxes and currency are shown at checkout where applicable.

VarnIn uses AI to help create ideas and drafts. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether content is appropriate before it is used or published.

When you connect LinkedIn or enable scheduling, you authorize VarnIn to perform the actions you select. LinkedIn, payment providers, AI providers, and other third-party services have separate terms and may change or restrict their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, or policy decisions.

You retain your rights in the content and context you submit. You give VarnIn the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to operate the service. VarnIn, its design, software, and branding remain owned by us or our licensors.

Do not use VarnIn to break the law, infringe rights, deceive or impersonate others, distribute harmful code, bypass access or credit controls, scrape or overload the service, or publish spam or abusive content. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other people, or legal compliance.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund handling is described in our Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

VarnIn is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid VarnIn in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to labaethon@gmail.com.
