Clear cancellation, considered refunds.

You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal in VarnIn settings. Your plan will normally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for the next renewal.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, and unused time or credits are not automatically refunded or converted to cash. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, and material service failures individually and will issue a refund where appropriate or required by law.

Email labaethon@gmail.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Please do not send full card details. We aim to acknowledge billing requests within two business days.

If checkout is cancelled or payment fails, VarnIn does not grant paid access. A temporary bank authorization may appear and then disappear according to your bank or payment provider. Contact us if a completed charge is not reflected in your account.

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or cooling-off rights that apply under mandatory consumer law. Where those rights differ from this policy, the law controls.
